Meme of the day…It’s possible it’s the best meme I’ve seen in my life..
Just waking up (yawning) military diet day 1. I did it last week and was pleased with the results. So I figured I would share the love and progress this week.
Day 1
Breakfast:
1/2 grapefruit
1 pc toast
2 tbspn peanut butter
(Coffee black)
Lunch:
1 pc bread
1/2 cup tuna
Dinner:
Half a banana
1 sml apple
3oz of mean
1 cup of green beans
And 1/2 cup of ice cream!
